01: The Intent
A double-height room, built around one staircase.
The living room opens straight up to a double-height ceiling, with the mezzanine landing wrapped in glass railings above. Warm wood panelling, a teal seating palette, and an intricately patterned TV wall keep a large volume feeling composed rather than cavernous.
A run of concentric pendant lights traces the staircase up through the double-height void
02: The Dining Space
A dining setting, composed in timber and teal.
Warm timber furniture, teal-upholstered chairs and soft grey drapery create a refined dining space, illuminated by a sculptural pendant and framed by full-height windows.
"A cantilevered staircase finished in blue pigmented polish , the single move that defines the entire home."
