Set in a picturesque location on the outskirts of Vadodara, the idea behind this project was to redefine premium and make it an affordable entity for one and all. Tree-lined avenues, individual front and rear gardens, and shared play spaces set the tone before you ever reach the front door.
Walls only where privacy was required.
Each home offers an individual indoor swimming pool and its own front and rear garden with landscaping, alongside a large hall with a deck area and 2 master bedrooms. The design approach was to exude simplicity and exuberance with a subtle touch of minimalism — the connection from the inside to the outside preceded every other design choice.
